Quecorex maintains full HIPAA compliance and implements comprehensive security measures:

• AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit
• Role-based access controls (RBAC) with granular permissions
• Comprehensive audit logging with 6-year retention
• Multi-factor authentication (MFA) required for all users
• Automatic session timeout after 15 minutes of inactivity
• Regular security audits and penetration testing
• Business Associate Agreements (BAA) with all partners
• Breach notification procedures compliant with HIPAA requirements

As a user of Quecorex, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Use the platform only for legitimate healthcare purposes
• Comply with all applicable healthcare regulations and laws
• Report any security incidents or unauthorized access immediately
• Complete required HIPAA and security training
• Access only the minimum necessary patient information
• Log out when leaving workstations unattended

Quecorex supports seamless integration with healthcare systems through:

Quecorex commits to the following service levels:

Data ownership and retention policies:

• You retain full ownership of all patient and clinical data
• Data export available in standard formats (HL7, FHIR, CSV)
• Data retained per federal and state medical record laws (7-25 years)
• Secure data deletion upon account termination (after retention period)
• Daily encrypted backups with 30-day retention

Subscription and payment terms:

• Subscription fees based on selected plan and user count
• Payment due monthly or annually in advance
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled 30 days prior

Grounds for immediate termination or suspension include:

• Unauthorized access to patient data or system resources
• Violation of HIPAA or other healthcare regulations
• Sharing login credentials or unauthorized account access
• Attempting to breach system security or access controls
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Misuse of the platform for non-healthcare purposes

Upon termination, you will have 90 days to export your data before permanent deletion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Quecorex is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for clinical decisions made using the platform
• Total liability limited to fees paid in the 12 months prior to claim
• Not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Users responsible for verifying all clinical information

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via:

• Email notification to registered users
• In-platform notifications
• Updated posting on our website

Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
